What this service handles
Ordinary bag storage solves half a problem. You are free of your suitcase, but you are tied to the place you left it, and the day ends with a journey back across the city to collect it.
VaultPac's storage is the middle of a movement rather than the end of one. The bags are collected, tagged and scanned into custody, held securely, and then delivered — to a hotel, a residence, an airport, an office, a cruise terminal — at a time you set when you book. You do not come back for them.
It is also the thing that makes every other luggage movement work. An arrival at eleven with a room ready at three, a check-out at eleven with a flight at seven, a convention where three hundred bags need somewhere to be between the closing session and the airport runs: the holding period is what turns two awkward times into one plan.

Questions
Do I have to collect the bags myself?
No, and that is the difference from a locker or a left-luggage counter. Storage is the middle of a movement: you set the delivery point and window when you book, and the bags come to you.
How long can bags be held?
From a few hours to several days. Pricing is per bag per day, so a long hold is priced as one rather than as a series of separate bookings.
Is the storage monitored?
Yes — the facility is video monitored, and access to a bag is a scan against the custody record rather than an unrecorded handoff.
