What this service handles
Luggage transfer is the movement everything else on this site is built from. A collection point, a delivery point, a window at each end, and a record of every hand the bag passed through in between.
Routes run in every direction: airport to hotel, hotel to airport, airport to residence, hotel to hotel mid-stay, office to airport, airport to airport. The vehicle is sized to the bags rather than to the people, because there are no people in this movement — which is exactly why it can take a route and a time the passenger cannot.
The custody record is what makes it a transfer rather than a delivery. Each bag carries a tag. The tag is scanned when VaultPac takes it, scanned again at each change of hands, and proof is captured at pickup and at delivery with a time, a place and a person. Nothing about the bag's location is remembered; it is recorded.

Questions
How is this different from a courier?
A courier moves a parcel and signs for it. A luggage transfer is a travel movement: it knows about flights, hotels, check-in windows and rooms that are not ready, it can hold the bags in between, and it sits on the same trip as the passenger movement rather than in a separate system.
How many bags can I send?
As many as you have. Past a certain point the movement is assigned a dedicated cargo vehicle rather than sharing one, and the booking flow prices that directly.
Is there a size limit?
Ordinary suitcases are ordinary. Golf bags, trade-show cases, strollers, ski bags and production cases are counted separately on the movement so the vehicle is assigned to fit — tell us at booking rather than at the kerb.
What proof do I get?
Proof of pickup and proof of delivery, each recording the time, the place and the person, plus the scan trail between them.
