What this service handles
Productions and events generate gaps. A two-day break between locations, a set that cannot be loaded until Thursday, materials that arrive before the space is ready.
VaultPac holds those under the same custody model as luggage: scanned in, held securely, scanned out, with a movement at each end. It is short-term holding attached to a transportation programme rather than a self-storage contract.
Because it is part of the movement, the release is scheduled — the cases leave storage timed to the next call rather than when somebody remembers to collect them.
