What this service handles
The departure day has a hole in it. Check-out is late morning, the flight is in the evening, and the bags spend the day either in a bell closet the guest has to come back to or in the boot of a car that could be working.
VaultPac collects from the hotel on a schedule, holds the bags under custody through the gap, and delivers them to the airport or FBO timed against the check-in cutoff. The guest spends the afternoon in the city and meets their luggage at the airport, or hands it over to the airline directly depending on the carrier and the arrangement.
For hotels this is the mirror of the arrival problem, and it is the one guests remember: the last four hours of a stay are what the review is written about.

How VaultPac coordinates it
Every booking is a trip. A trip carries trip services, and each service breaks into the individual movements that actually have to happen — which is why the people and the bags do not have to travel the same way.

-
Luggage movement
Bags booked as their own movement, with their own route, their own timing and their own proof.
-
Secure storage between movements
Items can be held under custody between a pickup and a delivery, and released on a schedule rather than on arrival.
-
QR custody scan
Every bag carries a tag. Each change of hands is scanned, so custody is a record rather than a recollection.
-
Proof of pickup
Time, place and who released the item, captured at collection.
-
Proof of delivery
Time, place and who received the item, captured at delivery.
-
Oversized & special items
Golf bags, trade-show cases, strollers, production cases and similar items counted on the movement so the right vehicle is assigned.
-
Dispatch monitoring
Every movement on one board while it runs, so a late arrival is seen rather than reported.
-
FBO coordination
Tail number, operator, FBO and arrival details captured on the movement so the vehicle meets the aircraft rather than the terminal.
What runs this movement
Assignment reads the passenger count and the bag count, so the vehicle that arrives fits both. Larger movements run several.

Why VaultPac for this
- The gap between check-out and the flight becomes usable time instead of a logistics problem.
- Delivery is timed from the airline's cutoff, not from the departure time.
- Works to an FBO as readily as to a terminal.
- A hotel can offer it as a service rather than as a bell closet.
Questions
Can you deliver my bags straight to the airline?
Delivery to the terminal is standard. Whether the bags can be handed to the carrier rather than to you depends on the airline and the arrangement in place, so we confirm that per carrier rather than promising it generally.
How late can I check out and still use this?
The collection window is yours to choose — the constraint is at the other end. We work back from the airline's bag-drop cutoff and tell you the latest collection that still makes it comfortably.
Where are the bags in between?
In secure storage under custody, with the holding period part of the same movement. The scan record shows when they were collected, where they were held and when they were released.
