What this service handles
The network can obviously carry a package. Proof of pickup, proof of delivery and dispatched operators are the same machinery whether the item is a suitcase or a box.
It is deliberately not sold as a parcel service. The catalog is explicit about why: a company that markets general parcel delivery is read as a commodity courier, and that reading costs it the hotels, FBOs, corporate accounts and airlines that make up the actual business.
So it remains a support capability for customers already using VaultPac for travel logistics, and nothing more. Document and small-package runs for those accounts are described under the courier sub-page.

How VaultPac coordinates it
Every booking is a trip. A trip carries trip services, and each service breaks into the individual movements that actually have to happen — which is why the people and the bags do not have to travel the same way.
