What this service handles
The custody workflow that VaultPac uses for luggage — tagged items, scans at every handoff, proof at both ends — is the same shape medical courier work needs, and the overlap is real.
It was nonetheless set aside. Medical courier work carries regulatory, chain-of-custody and cold-chain obligations that are a business of their own rather than an extension of one, and pursuing it would divide attention from the hotel, private aviation, corporate, group and airline opportunities that are closer to what already exists.
