What this service handles
A production, an exhibit or a tour moves two things: people and the things that make the work possible. The second is usually handed to a freight company that knows nothing about the schedule the first is running to.
VaultPac moves that cargo as part of the same trip. Cases are tagged and scanned like luggage, they sit on the same board as the passenger movements, and a schedule change that moves the people moves the gear as well — rather than requiring two phone calls and hoping they agree.
This is deliberately scoped to what travels with a team: cases, materials, wardrobe, collateral and light equipment. It is not freight, and VaultPac is not a freight company.

Questions
Is there a weight or size limit?
It is scoped to what a team travels with — cases, materials, wardrobe and light equipment moved in vans and Sprinters. Palletised freight, heavy staging and anything needing a lift gate is a freight job and we will say so rather than take it.
Can the gear move on the same booking as the crew?
Yes. That is the reason to book it here rather than with a freight company — the cargo movement and the passenger movements sit on one trip and one board.
