What this service handles
A private arrival is fast right up until the bags. An aircraft unloads in minutes, and then an executive sedan waits while six cases are fitted into it, or a second vehicle is scrambled at the FBO.
Booking the luggage as its own movement removes both. The bags are tagged and scanned at the FBO, loaded into a vehicle sized for them, and delivered to wherever they are actually needed — a hotel, a residence, a second airport for a connecting commercial flight — on a window of their own.
This is one of the higher-value uses of the custody record. The contents of a private aviation passenger's luggage are rarely replaceable, and a scanned trail from the aircraft to the door is worth more here than anywhere else on this site.

Can the bags be collected planeside?
Where the FBO permits it. We record the FBO on the movement and follow their ramp procedure; where planeside access is not allowed, the handoff is in the lobby.
Can bags go to a different address from the passenger?
Yes, and it is the common case. The luggage movement has its own destination and its own window, and the passenger movement is unaffected by either.
